See the great Victorian Palm House, and the modern energy-efficient Princess of Wales conservatory home to plants from a range of climatic zones. Savill Garden: Designed in the 1930s by Eric Savill, this garden is part of Windsor Great Park. Due to the war, Savill's series of interconnecting gardens were not completed until the 1950s, but have continued to develop, with the Queen Elizabeth Temperate House opening in 1995. RHS Wisley: Covering an area larger than ten tennis courts, the magnificent glasshouse at Wisley opened in 2007 and contains a world-class tender plant collection of over 5,000 varieties. Federation House Hotel QQQ: This contemporary hotel in Leatherhead offers good transport links and is close to the town centre. Facilities include an atrium with bar, restaurant, fitness centre and small garden. There are 55 bedrooms. Arlington Court:The landscaped gardens of this National Trust property comprise some 30 acres of pleasure gardens designed in the `picturesque' style, together with a Victorian, and walled kitchen gardens. Entry to the house is included. Castle Hill Gardens: These picturesque gardens lie on the Southern edge of Exmoor and showcase 50 acres of historic Parkland set against an 18th-century Palladian Mansion House. RHS Rosemoor Gardens: Spend a day at the 65-acre RHS Rosemoor Gardens which feature innovative seasonal planting displays and the largest rose garden in the South West. The show of blooms includes cherry blossom in the spring and theHot Garden with its vibrant colours in summer.
